Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The receptionist always says it is an AI assistant answering for your business. It takes details, checks your area and passes urgent calls to you using a script you have approved.
Does the AI book jobs or give prices?
Only if you want it to. By default it logs appointment requests for you to confirm and only gives the answers you have signed off.
What happens with emergencies?
Urgent or dangerous calls follow an emergency script you approve, and the AI tries to put the caller through to your nominated mobile. It never tries to diagnose a problem.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Calls you can't answer, or calls out of hours, are forwarded from your existing number.
What are the terms?
